Young professional taking the time to learn, research, and use data analysis tools to advance industry knowledge and skills. Looking to relocate to the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, I am ready to grow through new opportunities and challenges.

As a recent Intern at Flint Group, I am experienced in the fast-paced agency workflow, allowing me to become a master in time management and multitasking. Skilled in collaboration and marketing analytics, I tell stories through data to gain telltale insights in seasonality, demographics, and product performance to bring success through marketing. Certified in Google Analytics, I can help you understand which online campaigns are the most successful in traffic and conversion rates. I can set up goals and tell you which tools work best for you and your customers, optimize budgets and ROAS, and learn more about customer demographics.

My time spent as a server has helped me gain incredible customer service skills, communication, and teamwork. I have the ability to see issues through the customer's eyes allowing them to feel heard and taken care of by answering any questions or areas of concern. I have the capability to work on client faced problems and increase satisfaction through listening and understanding.

Beyond professional goals and experience, I am a lover of all things outdoors. Whether it be camping, backpacking, hiking and kayaking, I feel my best through time spent outside.

Marketing Intern: Flint Group 

July 2018 - September 2018

  • Collaborated with the development team by reporting on regression testing for client’s websites to ensure functionality per design and content. Utilized tools such as WordPress and Drupal for content entry and file downloads to the CMS.

  • I supported the media team by writing content for social posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Designed and created presentations for social media mockup posts through creative hub. Presentations ran through social media budgets, schedule, and social post parameters.

  • Attended social events with the Public Relation Specialist to network by promoting our brand and marketing expertise.

  • Contributed to analytical insights during team meetings. With my Google Analytics certification, I assisted Sr. Marketing Analyst with ad-hoc reporting and campaign analysis.
